2016 Benefit Dinner Slideshow

Our 106th Annual Dinner and Auction took place on October 1, 2016 at the Renaissance Hotel. The event raised $70,000 thanks to the generosity of sponsors and donors. Because the event costs were covered by sponsors, 100 percent of the monies raised will help us further our mission of helping families and communities raise healthy successful children and youth. It was great to see old friends and meet new ones.

A few ‘thanks yous’ are in order. The first thank you is to our title sponsor Alaska Airlines. Other event sponsors included Pepsi, MCM, Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, Amerigroup Real Solutions, Seattle Children’s and THS. We so appreciate your unfailing support and commitment to changing the lives of children, youth and families. Thank you to our wonderful board members for all you did to make the event a great success. Thank you also ASC staff and volunteers for supporting us that evening.

We were also honored to present two awards that evening. The John S. Radovich Spirit Award was presented to Ginny Meisenbach, a longtime children’s advocate and philanthropist. Also, the Lacewing Foundation was presented with the Philanthropy of the Year Award for their contributions to our Summer Academy program.
